Let me save you both time and money: stay away from these.

Longer story: I purchased these from Amazon for $9 and realized at the time they were cheap. I expected them to be cheap. I also expected them to stay on my feet. In less than 0.5mi, I had to go look for a lost cleat three times (and reattach to my boot). By the end of the short hike, this is what they looked like:

So if my math is correct (and I believe it is), I'm missing 6 cleats in less than 0.5mi. Scaled to a longer hike of, say, 2 miles, I would have lost 24 cleats. I wondered why they included 10 extra spikes. Now I know. Save your money and time.
